Customer Systems, Inc. (CSI) is our parent entity. Under that brand, we focus on implementing CRM (customer relationship management) solutions such as Salesforce, Saleslogix and Infusionsoft.
Prior to the migration of the site, it was done in HTML and updates were always made in code. With a great deal of content built up over the years and a different structure, significant effort had to be made to 301 redirect a variety of pages and directories.
With the move to WordPress, CSI is positioned to be able to create content to help CRM users and prospective users with their implementation questions.
The site was done on WordPress using the Executive Pro theme by StudioPress. It includes HTML5 markup and is mobile responsive.
