Big Changes at CSI
We have existed as Customer Systems, Inc. since 2001 and helped customers in a variety of ways though always CRM involved. In the recent past we have finalized a couple things that we have been working on for a long time.
Shift in Model
We have been shifting our business for the past few years toward a digital agency model with CRM still very much a part of it. We have been providing the strategy and implementing the architecture to help small businesses double their sales. We help businesses transform their static websites into dynamic sales funnels.
Rebranding!
To go along with this change, we have rebranded as PurpleCRM, a much easier to remember, less generic name that will allow us to do much more as a brand.
DigitalMarketer Partnership
One of the very BIG things that has happened here is that we have been appointed a Certified Partner for DigitalMarketer – a Texas based company committed to doubling the size of 10,000 small businesses in the next 5 years.
…and as a DigitalMarketer Certified Partner we’ve now adopted that mission as our own.. and we’re committed to doing our part to achieving it (in less than 5 years!)
